Product Liability LawyerYou must look for experience in major lawsuits, a solid track record of results, financial resources to take on major corporations and a commitment to justice that is recognized by attorneys and the community.

You owe it to yourself to take the time to search this site for client videos, case reports in major injury cases and explore all that is offered in our Injury Library and our blog on current health, safety and legal developments.

We are leading lawyers who can make a difference for you.

Our experience, extraordinary resources and readiness have earned us a national reputation and a national practice representing clients in defective product claims involving the full range of defective product litigation: cars, trucks, SUVs, crashworthiness, roof crush, stability, tires, toxic chemicals, medical devices, dangerous drugs, electrical switches and industrial equipment from bulldozers to scaffolding in mining shafts.

The range of products we have taken on is diverse, but in each case our experience in complex reconstruction, design analysis, cost engineering, failure analysis, human factors and biomechanical engineering have assured access to the best engineering talent in the country experts who know their field and who can explain it to a jury and that has provided our clients with outstanding results.

We are a specialty California law firm representing individuals and families who have suffered grievous losses.

The major difference between us and the great majority of personal injury lawyers is that we only represent people in need of the best legal care after devastating trauma has ruined lives and families and the damage was caused by a major corporation.

We do not represent so-called "soft tissue" injuries arising from minor impacts in simple auto collisions. Be careful dealing with those who do, if you have a major loss. Their general style is a quick or partial settlement with one defendant, making our work in taking on a major corporation much more difficult.

Our goal is to make a substantial financial difference in the lives of our clients and to restore, to the full extent of the law, what has been taken from them.

And we are committed to improving safety and health by sharing with the public what we have learned. See our Injury Library and blog. See below the list of articles we have published on defective product litigation.

By tightly focusing on major cases we can and have made a significant difference for our clients. Three lawyers are assigned to each client to assure thorough preparation, early expert retention, weekly reporting to clients and securing the earliest possible trial.

We are not afraid to fight. And we are known for trying cases. That's becoming rare. It is because of our fighting attitude and being well prepared to fight that we have obtained substantial recoveries for our clients.

Maximum recoveries do not "settle out of court." They only come to a fair conclusion, approved by our clients, when the defendants realize we are negotiating from a position of strength, we are prepared for trial with excellent expert testimony to prove our case and we have an early trial date.

$3 million recovery for the wrongful death of a college student caused by a defectively designed SUV, defective tire and a dealer who failed to report the tires "were out of round." Clark County District Court, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Confidential recovery in the wrongful death of a 19 year-old man burned to death in a side impact of a 1987 Chevrolet pick-up truck with gas tanks mounted outside the frame beneath the doors. Condray v. General Motors Corporation. Missouri Circuit Court Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit, Louis City, Missouri, Case No. 022-00146.

We do not skimp on resources in organizing evidence or hiring the right experts for trial. When two BMWs needed to be purchased and crashed to prove a gas tank system was defectively designed - we didn't hesitate.

Our computer simulations for George Liu and Rasheed Hilson are examples of state-of-the-art proof we use.

Having the best evidence takes money - lots of it. That is an investment we take seriously because we know that makes the difference between an expedient settlement and a just award. Some call us "aggressive." We call it having a passion for justice.

Watch out for the lawyer who will talk you into an early settlement because they cannot financially support your lawsuit.

Watch our client videos and read our client reports.
