There is gross under reporting of Botox complications. This is primarily because botox has built in obsolescence. Patients come in to get shot up and the idea is that they have to come back in 3-4 months for another dose, FOREVER. When there are complications and unwanted result, the patient is told "tomorrow it will be fine."
