Richard (Dick) Alexander is the founder and Managing Partner at Alexander Law Group, LLP, a personal injury law firm located in San Jose, CA. He is a nationally-recognized personal injury lawyer and wrongful death and consumer protection advocate. Richard Alexander has over 30 years of in-depth expertise in the areas of wrongful death and serious injury resulting from car, truck and SUV accidents, spinal cord injuries, defective products, and adverse drug reactions, leading to an exceptional record of success on behalf of his clients.
Some of his successes include a $15.5 million recovery for an apprentice electrician who suffered severe electrical burn injuries at his workplace, a $3 million recovery for the death of a college student caused by the de-lamination of the tires on her SUV that caused her vehicle to roll over, and a $10 million recovery for a 12 year old who was struck by a car as he was crossing the street to catch his school bus.
